of monthly treasurer's report showing receipts, disbursements

- Preparation
of annual treasurer's report with itemized receipts
and disbursements as required by State statute.
- Receipting
and processing of all funds received by the City of
Alton.
- Handling
of all City bank accounts and their deposits.
- Management
of City of Alton operating reserve fund.
- Deposits
for other City Departments.
- Billing,
processing and collection of over 1,000 business licenses
annually.
- Handling
of all deposits made to the Police Pension Fund and
Firemen's Pension Fund.
- Ledger
of all pension fund contributors.
- Preparation
of monthly Police and Firemen's Pension Fund reports
presented to the corresponding boards.
- Preparation
of annual Police and Firemen's Pension Fund report.
- Responsible
for investment of Police and Firemen's pension portfolio.
- Issuance
of approximately 1,000 pet license.
